7/6/2005: It's now been about a month since Kerry got the entire mainstream news media to report that he'd released his military records, but he still has yet to do so.

Feel free to leave us a comment.

Yes on 1.

This is the closest place that I can currently buy a bottle of wine (except during the hours on Sundays when the local Puritans force them to rope off the aisles). Somehow the streets aren't running with blood. Passing Question One isn't going to harm anyone except the packies who are running ads to stop anyone from taking away any of their wine business...

While you're at it, throw your vote to Kerry Healey. We don't need another Dukakis.

Teddy Celebrates 1st Annual Abu Ghraib Day

Teddy's all excited that it's been a year since his pals in the media exposed the goings-on at Abu Ghraib Prison:

Top officials in the Administration have endorsed interrogation methods that we've condemned in other countries, including binding prisoners in painful "stress" positions, threatening them with dogs, extended sleep deprivation, and simulated drownings.
To summarize:
Simulated drownings, bad.
Actual drownings, no big deal.

The Inside Dirt, Vols. 2 and 3

Here are Part 2 and Part 3 of Bruce's description of the Big Boondoggle from an insider's perspective.

Excerpt:
a helpful memo was distributed to help employees become familiar with using their e-mail. This memo was in the form of an FAQ sheet, with one of the questions going something like this:

"I want to give my friends my e-mail address. How do I know what it is?"

The answer then explained that one's e-mail address was your project username - at- bigdig.com. Needless to say, folks began to use their e-mail...A LOT. And this is where the story gets good.

Bruce brings us the The Inside Dirt - Vol. 1 about the Big Dig:

As promised, here is the first installment in a series of posts detailing my personal observations from my years on the Big Dig [...] With every news story that comes out, the authorities seem to be getting closer and closer to the heart of the matter. Whether they actually figure it out is another story altogether. That is where yours truly comes in. Consider these posts a Public Service Announcement of sorts.

"FIVE HOCKEY KIDS BOOTED IN SCHOOL SEX SHOCK"
New York Post, NY - 22, 2005 -- Five members of the boys varsity hockey team at the elite Milton Academy in Massachusetts have been expelled for engaging in locker-room sex with a 15-year-old female student...

5 hockey players? What about the goalie?

(As if this sort of thing wasn't going on when certain people attended Milton Academy)
